Recycle Revival 2025 will be held held on Sunday, June 1, 2025 at Skeetawk Ski Area in Hatcher Pass. A ZERO WASTE event sponsored by some of your favorite local businesses. midnight sun charity golf classic • June 21

Join us at Settler’s Bay Golf Course for the annual Midnight Sun Charity Golf Classic!

Register your team of four (or as an individual and hope for the best!) and compete for fun prizes, plus dig in to the hearty, complimentary breakfast after midnight. It’s a great way to get outdoors, meet some local vendors, have a beer and some fun – and it all helps out your local non-profit ski area here in Hatcher Pass!

All proceeds of the tournament go to benefit Skeetawk Ski Area, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Skeetawk’s mission is to develop and maintain a regional alpine ski area in Hatcher Pass to promote safe outdoor recreation, education, and healthy lifestyles.

Hatcher Romp • July 11 & 12

HatcherRomp year 3 is loading!

The festival will be expanding to a two day festival this year. Friday and Saturday, July 11 and 12th! This year will showcase bands from all across the state of Alaska and now multiple acts from the lower 48 as well. This is an all ages festival though there will be a designated beer garden for adults to enjoy. People under the age of 16 years old will need a guardian to enter. Early bird tickets are now available. Ticket prices will go up as we start to announce bands. Death by a Mile • October 11

Join us for this second annual race hosted by AKtive Events at Skeetawk Ski Area where the only goal is to run as many one mile loops as you can in a given amount of time. Choose from 12, 6, or 4 hours of racing the beautiful new Meadow Loop trail atop Skeetawk here in Hatcher Pass.

Runners will begin at the start tent in the Skeetawk parking lot and make their way up the Altitude gravel path (.39 miles) before veering left to the entrance of the Meadow Loop trail (.54 miles). Here runners may choose to run the Meadow Loop in the direction of their choice, clockwise or counter clockwise. After completing one full loop, runners will head back down Altitude and check in at the start tent before heading back up on their next loop.
