The “orange designated” Machine Operations Zone remains open to BC travel; users should expect to encounter heavy machinery and trail crew operations at any point. Please respect the backcountry area and treat it as you would any other backcountry area.
Backcountry users are welcome to park in Skeetawk’s parking lot. There is no parking fee, but there is a donation box near the backcountry gate. Please feel free to leave a donation, make a donation online, or purchase a Skeetawk Membership for $35. No overnight parking allowed.
